Verónica has taught on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the Spanish Diplomatic School (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), CEU San Pablo University and IE Law School, lecturing in both Spanish and English, on European Union Law, proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union, and proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights.
She is also a regular speaker at specialised courses and seminars organised by institutions, including the Carlos III University, the School of Public Administration, the Centre for Legal Studies (CEJ) of the Ministry of Justice, FIDE, and the Madrid Bar Association.
She has authored a number of publications in the fields of arbitration, regulation and European Union Law, reflecting the continuity between her professional practice and her academic writing. Selected publications include:
