She conducts arbitrations in Spanish, English and French. Experience in arbitrations administered under the ICC, CIMA, CAM and CEA rules. Member of the ICSID Panel of Conciliators (World Bank Group).
Verónica has more than twenty-five years of solid experience in the public sector, as a State Attorney and Agent of the Kingdom of Spain before the Court of Justice of the European Union, and in private practice, as partner and of counsel at international law firms. She specialises in arbitration and dispute resolution, Public Law and European Union law.
In February 2026 she founded her own boutique practice specialising in arbitration and dispute resolution.
She has recently been designated by the Kingdom of Spain to the ICSID Panel of Conciliators (World Bank Group) for the 2026–2032 term.
She has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution in sectors such as energy, oil and gas, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, banking and insurance. She has led more than 3,000 proceedings before the civil, commercial, criminal and administrative courts, as well as before the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
